Open Water

The Pool, on Your Schedule

Open water is time in the warm pool that is yours to use. Come in any weekday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, move freely, and work through your own therapeutic exercise program at your own pace.

Use it to keep up with exercises from your therapist, stay loose between classes, or simply enjoy regular, low-impact movement in warm water, with no set class time to plan around.

Every Wednesday, taught by an Aquatic Exercise Association professional. Members pay $5 per class, and anyone can drop in for $15.
